Out of the desire to
provide
information-laden
leisure and
instructional materials
for the majority of the
Filipino consumers,
publisher Ms.
Marissa R. Enriquez came
up with the idea of
brewing up a company
that would provide such.
Armed with the know-how
on running and
publishing quality
books—having been the
moving force behind Marren
Publishing House, Inc.—she
officially gave birth to AMOS
BOOKS, INC. on
May 14, 2002.

We started in
business with only a
handful of books lifted
from our sister company
to distribute and
revise. But after a few
years of existence, we
have swiftly carved a
name in the industry
with our quality books,
practical pricing, and
personalized marketing.
We now have over 300
titles to boast
of—dictionaries,
educational pocketbooks,
cookbooks, children’s
activity books, and
textbooks.

When we started in 2002,
the Editorial Department
was the first to be
established. Gradually,
more people were hired
to meet our growing
needs. Now, we pride
ourselves for having a
sizeable team to reckon
with in terms of
creativity, aptitude,
and resourcefulness.

We are a member of
the Philippine
Educational Publishers’
Association (PEPA) and
the National Book
Development Board (NBDB)
where we actively
participate in achieving
our common goal of
quality books and better
services for the
Filipinos.
The company’s main
and sales offices and
warehouses are situated
at the 2nd, 4th, and 5th
floors of Marren
Building, 1157 Quezon
Avenue, Quezon City.
